Crush for Fun at Pleasant Hill Winery

Come on out to Pleasant Hill Winery and enjoy a fun filled day of stomping grapes! You get purple feet and a special T-shirt that says, “I picked. I stomped. I made some wine.” Bring the kids and don't forget your camera! This “PLEASANT” experience is only $25. Kids get purple feet, too! You also get some grape juice and a T-shirt for $15.

Harvest Grape Stomp at Windy Winery

A time of merriment, celebrating the end of the intense work involved in planting, growing, and harvesting. The grape stomp fee is $25 for adults and $15 for children, and includes a hayride to the vineyard, picking and stomping grapes, marking a keepsake T-shirt with wine-tinted footprints and a glass of Windy wine. Children will receive a glass of sparkling grape juice.

Texas Ranger Day and a Big Star Texas Night

Celebrate Burton's history and honor former and current Texas Rangers. Experience life in a Texas Ranger Camp back in the 1880's with fun daytime activities for the whole family on the depot grounds such as Ranger reenactments, folk life demonstrations, crafts, vendors, games, train depot tours, and pioneer photography.

Fajita and bean cook-off serving will be from 5:30-6:3-pm with all you can eat for $10. At 7pm on Main St. we'll have music by Neil and the Real Deal, followed by a live auction at 8pm. Gary P. Nunn takes the stage at 9pm. Proceeds benefit the Burton Heritage Society and the Burton Chamber of Commerce. $15 admission at the gate.
