Finally, the first white port-style wine ever from estate-grown Washington County Texas Lake Emerald grapes is in the bottle! You will experience the sweet flavors and aromas of apple and pear, along with a hint of the 18 months of oak aging. Portejas Blanco is a very versatile wine. We will pair it 3 ways: sample it with Stilton cheese, dried fruits, and mixed nuts; try it as a cocktail with a Prosciutto roll-up; pair it with a white chocolate pecan turtle.
