The Brenham Maifest was first celebrated in 1881 making it the Oldest Festival in Texas today. This year, Brenham celebrates Maifest May 3rd and 4th at Fireman’s Park beginning Friday at 5:00 pm with music, a carnival, festival food and drinks. Don’t miss the highlight of the Maifest – the Senior Coronation at 7pm on Friday and the Junior Coronation at 7pm on Saturday! The Maifest Parade will be in Downtown Brenham on Saturday morning at 10:30am!
